This office has a long history with success in Social Security and Disability cases. We work hard to prepare our cases fully, meeting with you and working with your doctors throughout the process.
If you believe you have a valid Social Security or Disability case and have been denied, the first step is to call the office for an initial phone interview. You should have the denial paperwork and any other applicable information on hand for the call. Be aware that this initial call will probably take 10-15 minutes.
If we represent you, it’s because we believe you have a valid and meritorious case. You’ll meet several times with the attorney who will represent you to discuss your case. A case manager, who works very closely with your attorney, will work with you on several aspects of your case to keep you, your lawyer and social security up to date on all the important issues in your case. Your Case Manager will keep you informed every step of the way.
