New Office Hours
We have new office hours to better serve clients. We’ll be open:

o   Monday:  8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

o   Tuesday: 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

o   Wednesday:  8:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon)

o   Thursday: 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

o   Friday:  8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Updates to Your File
In order for us to achieve your best outcome, we need your help. The only way to get your best outcome is if your file is as accurate and updated as possible. Please call us immediately if:

o   Your phone number or address changes

o   You see a new doctor

o   You work

o   You have a child, get married, divorced or experience a death in your immediate family. 

Medical Treatment and Medication Changes
Medical treatment matters. Please call us once every three months if you have new information regarding your medical treatment. It it not necessary to update us every time you attend a medical professional, as long as you send us all the information every three months. To obtain your treatment records we will need the following. Failure to produce any of the following jeopardizes our chances of reaching your best outcome.

o   Date(s) of treatment

o   Office name

o   Medical provider’s name (doctor, nurse practitioner, therapist, etc)

o   Address of the office where you were seen.

o   Phone and fax number

Questions About Your Case
We are here to serve, and your relationship with us is important. We will return all phone calls within 48 hours and in many cases, can get you an answer the same day you call. In order to serve you best, we have designated the following times to answering client questions, so that we can devote specific hours working tirelessly on your case. If you call at other times, please leave a detailed message so we can best respond. If our representatives cannot answer your question, they will schedule a time for your attorney to call you.
