Lauren Wheeler
Lauren is a senior at Boyle County High School (BCHS) with an interest in pursing an art career. She is considering Transylvania University next fall, and majoring in Art with a minor in English. In fact, Lauren has been offered an art scholarship by Transylvania! Lauren enjoys painting and drawing and takes art classes from Dr. Dick Dean in Richmond, KY. She is active in the Y-Club at BCHS, a service club associated with the YMCA. Around the office, Lauren helps all staff members with filing, special projects and any area she’s needed.
Amber Brahm
Amber is a student at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, expecting to receive her J.D. degree in 2012. She received her undergraduate degree from Transylvania University in 2009. Amber is involved in several honor and extracurricular activities at law school, and also enjoys reading, fitness, and traveling. Around the office she will help with a variety of assignments, including special projects assisting Mark and Stacey to make use of her pre-law education.
Nathanael Cutler (Than)
Than is a 2008 graduate of Centre College, now a second-year law student at the University of Virginia. While working for Mark L. Morgan & Associates, Than performed legal research and legal writing for both Social Security and Personal Injury cases. He also prepared federal appellate briefs at the federal court and federal administrative levels. Than enjoys playing golf and soccer in his free time.
Anthony Saunders
Anthony is a 2009 graduate of Boyle County High School, now attending the University of Kentucky under a Flagship Scholarship and studying civil engineering. Anthony worked as a general office assistant, helping Office Manager Joni Morgan with various duties and assisting other members of the staff as needed. Anthony enjoys playing acoustic guitar in his free time.
Cortney Miller
Cortney is a 2007 graduate of Boyle County High School and is currently a junior at Centre College majoring in Spanish and Art History. She has worked for Mark L. Morgan & Associates during school and on breaks for several years. Cortney assists with general office duties and takes on special projects, working on database generation and maintenance as well as other assignments. Cortney is a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority and a Centre cheerleader. She enjoys traveling and reading.
Sam Morgan
Sam is a 2007 graduate of Boyle County High School and is currently a junior at Centre College majoring in Biology. Sam has worked for the law firm since he was a teenager, performing a wide variety of duties from office work to outside maintenance. He has helped with filing and office duties as well as landscaping. Sam is a member of Phi Kappa Tau fraternity and a member of the Centre College cross country team, as well as a resident advisor. He enjoys traveling and outdoor activities.
Emily Donlon
Emily is a senior at Boyle County High School, set to graduate in May 2010. She began working at Mark L. Morgan & Associates in August 2009. Emily helps everyone in the office, performing general office duties and working on special projects. Emily plays first base for the Boyle County High School softball team. She attended the Governor’s Scholar Program over the Summer 2009. Emily is in the throes of choosing a college to attend next fall.
